By placing an order with Clearance you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Products and fulfillment

All products are sourced from vetted suppliers and shipped via standard international logistics (typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier). Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Pricing

All prices are in USD and include any applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice but your order is locked at the price shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

  • Damaged on arrival: Full refund or replacement, no return shipping required. Email a photo to returns@settlein.shop within 30 days of delivery.
  • Wrong item received: Full refund or correct item reshipped. Photo required.
  • Item not received: If tracking shows lost, we'll reship or refund. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • Changed your mind: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind. All sales are final unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return or refund, email returns@settlein.shop with your order number.

Limitation of liability

Clearance is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.
