What we collect

Order information — name, shipping address, email address, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card number).
Support conversations — if you contact us through the support widget or by email, we retain those messages to resolve your issue.
Basic analytics — aggregate page views only. No individual tracking. No cookies placed without consent.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order via our logistics partner (CJ Dropshipping).
To send order confirmation and shipping notification emails.
To respond to support requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it except as required to fulfill your order.

Data retention

Order records are retained for seven years for accounting purposes. Support conversation threads are deleted after twelve months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hi@settlein.shop — we'll process the request within 30 days.
